The future is now, GNOME Shell is here

Welcome

Hello, this a new resource for the GNOME 3 Shell users.

Here there will be presented many tips and tricks to enhance or customize your experience on the new GNOME 3.

This blog is made of personal thoughts and it’s absolutely not affiliated or sponsored by the GNOME Foundation and could contain erroneous information or guidelines not supported by the GNOME staff.

A special thanks will go to Finnbarr P. Murphy‘s blog from which I learned the basic activities and a lot of development stuff around the shell. Occasionally some concepts or extensions will refer to his GPL covered works.

Well done Finnbarr!

While I’ll use my efforts to write properly, English is not my first language and occasionally surely there will be grammar or lexical errors. Please report them in the comments under each article. 🙂

Just happen to bump into your site today when I was working with GNOME 3.6 dev. Great work. I love your site but I wish the site would mimick the GNOME3 look and feel more. Besides, I’d love to see a post dedicated screencast recorder feature of gnome-shell.
